How the Car Finder works
- Tell us what you want. Make and models, years, budget and mileage. Colour, trim and Carfax history are optional. The more you tell us, the closer the match.
- We search everything we can reach. Our partner dealers’ stock and the cars private sellers have listed with us, all at once.
- You get your proposal. Up to three cars — Best Match, Best Value and an Alternative — each with one line on why it fits you. The same shortlist arrives in your inbox as a one-page PDF.
- We do the legwork. Call us with the reference on the car. We confirm it is still available and arrange the viewing, the inspection and the paperwork.
Nothing matches everything you asked for? We show you the closest cars we have — a little over budget or mileage, a year outside your range, another colour or trim — and say exactly how each one differs. We never swap in a different model. If there is nothing close at all, we keep hunting and email you the day a match arrives.
Cars you won’t find on listing sites
Many people in the GTA sell their car through Car4Pro instead of advertising it themselves. Their cars are usually not listed anywhere else — they are on file with us. Every request you send is checked against those private sellers as well as dealer stock.
When a private seller’s car fits, it shows in your proposal as Privately listed, with the owner’s asking price. From there Car4Pro handles it: we contact the owner, arrange the inspection and take care of the paperwork. You never have to meet a stranger from an ad or negotiate alone.

Questions
Where do the cars come from?
From Car4Pro’s network: partner dealerships across the GTA and private sellers who sell their car through us. You deal with Car4Pro only — we arrange the viewing, the inspection and the paperwork.
Does it cost anything?
No. The search and the proposal are free, and there is no obligation to buy.
What happens after I get my proposal?
Call us or reply to the email with the reference on the car you like. We confirm it is still available and book a viewing. If you need financing, try the finance calculator or apply online.
What if nothing matches today?
First we show the closest cars we have and tell you how each one differs from what you asked for. If there is nothing close, we keep looking — new cars arrive every day — and email you as soon as one matches.
I’m coming back for another search. Do I fill everything in again?
No. On the same device we remember your name and email, so you only choose the car. Use the same email address and we update your request on file instead of starting a new one. Changing your mind about the car is fine — your latest search is the one we keep hunting for.
Is my information shared with the dealer or the seller?
No. You deal with Car4Pro, and we don’t pass your contact details to dealers or private sellers. See our privacy policy.
What does “Privately listed” mean?
The car belongs to a private owner selling it through Car4Pro. The price shown is the owner’s asking price, subject to inspection, which we arrange before you decide.
